Scorepion is a free-to-play prediction game for entertainment. It is not gambling — there are no wagers, no cash prizes, and no payouts based on predictions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scorepion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scorepion. By using the app you confirm you are 13 or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. Do not share your account or use someone else's.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, use bots or automated tools, manipulate leaderboards, exploit vulnerabilities, harass other users, or post illegal or offensive content. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Predictions and Scoring

Predictions are for entertainment only and are not bets. Match results are sourced from third-party data providers and predictions are settled automatically against official results. Scoring rules may change at our discretion. Settlement disputes are resolved by our team based on official results.

6. Intellectual Property

Scorepion and its content — including the app, graphics, logos, and features — are owned by Scorepion and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission. You retain ownership of the predictions and data you create and grant us a license to use them to operate the service.

7. Third-Party Content

Scorepion displays match data provided by third parties on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in third-party data, or for any inaccuracies in match information or results.

8. Disclaimers

Scorepion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scorepion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination your right to use Scorepion ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scorepion is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
